(For future-proofing, it's currently Base style: Transmogrified by Yvonne / Theme: Black Eye by [personal profile] dancing_serpent)

I like it quite a lot as is, but there are some bits where I think I might prefer something different. For example: the text colour and the blockquote style. Not sure about the blockquote, but I think it shouldn't be so bad to change the text colour myself — problem being that I don't feel bothered to right now, and I'd rather not ask someone to do it for me, because I KNOW that I'm gonna be picky and want to keep editing little things and it'll just annoy whoever I asked. (This is not an plea for someone to tell me they wouldn't be annoyed. It's okay. Sometimes people are annoying. I genuinely want to do it myself, if need be.)

Well, for now, I need to scour the journal style options again. I'm already using Style: Iris at Dusk for Modular by [personal profile] branchandroot / Resources: Plum Together for my projects thing, so preferably I will not be reusing that even though it scratches my brain nicely (which does very slightly make me want to work on my projects more, just so I can post on that crispy theme LMAOOOO)

Anywayyyy, the thing that's relevant to y'all, is that things MIGHT look different here soon-ish. Probably not, all things considered, but don't be surprised either way!

Oh, Transmogrified is a nice layout, and one I considered using.

But to be honest, I don't often see others' journal layouts! I have my Dreamdwidth settings to always display in my layout for others' journals, and in site scheme for comment pages. That's what I prefer. I used to let it show others' journal styles but then a community I was using pretty heavily picked a layout that Did Not Work With My Brain, so I was forced to change my settings.

I love, though, that Dreamwidth does give you the option to do this! And ALSO the option to reload the page in the original styling, so if I ever want to see it, I can!

and OOOOH a favorite World Boss FATE is up in FFXIV wandering off to do that now
